Peel and cut the sweet potatoes, yams, and turnips into cubes.

In a large bowl, toss the sweet potatoes, yams, and turnips with olive oil, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.

Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes or until tender.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
