  1. Boil the sweet potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, green chili, and ginger until golden brown.
  3. Add the mashed sweet potatoes, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, water, and salt to make a smooth dough.
  5. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into thin circles.
  6. Cut the circles in half and fold each half into a cone shape, sealing the edges with water.
  7. Fill each cone with the sweet potato mixture and seal the top.
  8. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
