  4. In a food processor, blend the sweet potatoes, coconut milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the almond flour and pecans.
  6. Press the almond flour and pecan mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  7. Pour the sweet potato mixture into the crust.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the filling is set.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
