Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly coated.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cluster.

Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the clusters turn golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Transfer the clusters to a wire rack and let them cool completely.

Once cooled, the clusters will firm up and can be stored in an airtight container.
