  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs, vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  4. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
