In a large pot, boil the corn and lima beans until tender. Drain and set aside.

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until softened.

Add the tomato, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.

Add the boiled corn and lima beans to the skillet. Stir well and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
