Press tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into cubes.

Heat cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry tofu until golden brown. Remove from the pan.

In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, and vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce into the pan with vegetables and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the cooked tofu back to the pan and toss to coat.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
