Strawberries are not actually berries, but rather an aggregate fruit.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix oats, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  3. Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mash the strawberries with a fork. Stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.
  5. Spread the strawberry mixture evenly over the oat mixture in the baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  9. Cut into bars and serve.
