Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam until tender.

In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, vegan cheese, almond milk, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and sprinkle with gluten-free breadcrumbs.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
