Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.

Add red chili flakes and cook for another minute.

Pour in canned tomatoes and vegetable stock, bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add cannellini beans, kale, and spinach. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

In the meantime, prepare the garlic bread by spreading garlic butter on one side of each bread slice.

Toast the bread slices in a skillet until golden brown.
