Shred the cabbage and carrots.

Finely chop the red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, carrots, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the lime juice, mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
