  2. In a food processor, add the black beans, onion, garlic cloves, bread crumbs, ground flaxseed, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Process until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Toast the burger buns.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion slices, and pickles. Cover with the top half of the bun.
