In a large bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.

Add the corn kernels, diced red bell pepper, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.

Form the mixture into small patties.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.

Toast the slider buns.

Assemble the sliders by placing a patty on each bun, and topping with sliced avocado, lettuce, and tomato.
