Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, celery, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Transfer the cooked vegetables to a slow cooker. Add vegetable broth, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, zucchini, green beans, kidney beans, cannellini beans, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
