  3. In a separate bowl, mix together coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond milk.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips and chopped almonds.
  6. Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
