  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the unsweetened applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, almond milk, egg substitute, and non-fat Greek yogurt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until well combined.
  5. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner 3/4 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, top each cupcake with fresh berries. Enjoy!
