In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped nuts, dried fruits, mini chocolate chips, ground flaxseed, and salt.

In a small saucepan, heat the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract over low heat until well combined and smooth.

Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Transfer the mixture to a lined baking dish and press it down firmly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it chill for at least 1 hour.

Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and cut into bars.

Store the granola bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
