Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Remove the kale leaves from the stems and tear them into bite-sized pieces.

In a large bowl, combine the kale, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, olive oil, and salt. Mix well to evenly coat the kale.

Spread the kale out in a single layer on a baking sheet.

Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the kale chips over.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the kale chips are crispy.

Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
