Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the blanched green beans to the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to coat the beans evenly.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
