Take a napkin and lay it flat on a clean surface.

Fold the napkin in half diagonally to form a triangle.

Fold the bottom corner of the triangle up to the top corner, creating a smaller triangle.

Fold the left and right corners of the triangle towards the center, creating a diamond shape.

Flip the napkin over and fold the bottom corner up, leaving about one inch of the top corner exposed.

Stand the napkin upright on a plate or serving dish.

Repeat steps 1-6 with the remaining napkins.

Fill each napkin pocket with a variety of sliced vegetables.
