Cut the tempeh into bite-sized nuggets.

In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, mix flour and non-dairy milk.

Dip each tempeh nugget into the flour mixture, then coat with the bread crumb mixture.

Place the coated nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Drizzle olive oil over the nuggets.

Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
