  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add urad dal and sauté it until it turns golden brown.
  2. Add curry leaves, green chilies, ginger, and onions. Sauté until onions become translucent.
  3. Add carrots and green peas. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, roast semolina until it turns golden brown.
  5. Now, add the roasted semolina to the pan containing vegetables. Mix well.
  6. Pour hot water and add salt. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  7. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the semolina is cooked and water is completely absorbed.
  8. Add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot.
