  2. Add the flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, and poppy seeds to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add water to the bowl while stirring. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf.
