Wash the rainbow chard thoroughly and remove the tough stems. Chop the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Slice the leeks into thin rounds and rinse well to remove any dirt or sand.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and garlic, and sauté until softened.
