Tofu, also known as bean curd, is made from soy milk and is a popular ingredient in vegetarian and vegan cuisines.

This is vegan, gluten free, high protein, low carb and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 20 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

  1. Drain and press tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, crumble tofu using a fork.
  3. Add turmeric, nutritional yeast, and salt to the crumbled tofu. Mix well.
  4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Add onion and bell pepper and saute until softened.
  6. Add the tofu mixture to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Add spinach and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  8. Season with black salt and black pepper.
  9. Remove from heat and serve hot.
