  4. Add the julienned vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
