  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the almond butter, coconut oil, sea salt, and honey or maple syrup.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a spoonful of melted chocolate into each cupcake liner and spread it around the bottom.
  5. Spoon a small amount of almond butter mixture into each cupcake liner.
  6. Pour another spoonful of melted chocolate on top of the almond butter mixture.
  7. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup.
  8. Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator and let the cups set for at least 1 hour.
