  4. In a separate pot, bring the palm sugar, coconut milk, pandan leaves, and salt to a boil. Stir until the palm sugar is fully dissolved.
  5. Remove the pandan leaves from the mixture.
  6. Add the cooked sago pearls to the pot and stir well to combine.
  7. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  8. Remove from heat and let the pudding rest for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  9. Serve the sago pudding warm or chilled, garnished with extra coconut milk if desired.
