In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk over medium heat.

Add agar agar powder and sugar to the saucepan.

Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

Let it cool for a few minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Before serving, sprinkle shredded coconut on top and garnish with fresh berries.
