In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add maple syrup and stir until well combined.

Pour the coconut oil and maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through.
