This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 11.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and flaxseeds.

In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Add honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir until well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until evenly coated.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Once cooled, stir in dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
