Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine oats, almond butter, honey, chia seeds, dried cranberries, dark chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish, making sure it is evenly spread.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.
