Cut the cauliflower into florets and slice the carrots.

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, carrots, olive oil, hot paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the vegetables are evenly coated.

Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
