Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in diced tomatoes, vegetable broth, cannellini beans, zucchini, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.

Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
