Press the tofu to remove excess water.

In a blender, combine almond milk, almond butter, garlic, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the blended mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Cut the tofu into cubes and add them to the pan. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the tofu is heated through.

Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
