  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina until golden brown.
  2. Add cashew nuts and raisins, and roast for another minute.
  3. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. In a separate pan, heat milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Add the roasted semolina mixture and cardamom powder to the pan.
  6. Mix well until the mixture thickens.
  7. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  8. Grease your hands with ghee and shape the mixture into small balls.
  9. Allow the ladoos to rest for 30 minutes.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
