  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina until golden brown.
  2. Add cashews and raisins and roast for a minute.
  3. Turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. In a separate pan, heat sugar with a little water until it reaches a syrup-like consistency.
  5. Add the roasted semolina mixture to the sugar syrup and mix well.
  6. Add cardamom powder and coconut flakes and mix again.
  7. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.
  8. Shape the mixture into small round laddus.
  9. Let the laddus rest for 30 minutes before serving.
