Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flakes, almond flour, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form an even layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mix the raspberry jam and lemon juice.

Spread the raspberry jam mixture over the partially baked crust.

Sprinkle fresh raspberries on top.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
