Rinse quinoa under cold water. In a saucepan, combine quinoa and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until quinoa is cooked.

In a separate pan, heat oil and sauté onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to the pan. Stir well.

Add cooked quinoa, lime juice, cashews, raisins, fresh coriander leaves, and salt. Mix everything together.

Cover the pan and let it rest for 5 minutes.
