In a mixing bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with caraway seeds, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.

Once roasted, remove the cauliflower from the oven and allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
