  3. Add the agar agar mixture to the blender with the pumpkin mixture and blend again until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the coconut cream until fluffy. Top each serving of the pumpkin mousse with a dollop of whipped coconut cream.
  6. Optional: Garnish with crushed pecans and a sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
