Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flakes, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.

Using a cookie scoop or your hands, form small balls with the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
