Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine pears, dates, almonds, oats, coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.

Process until the mixture forms a sticky dough.

Press the dough into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
