In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, salt, chia seeds, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, and shredded coconut.

Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Line a square baking dish with parchment paper.

Transfer the mixture into the baking dish and press it down firmly to form an even layer.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 2 hours.
