Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a blender, combine cashews, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the greens and sauté until wilted.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and pour the cashew sauce over it. Mix well to coat the pasta.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
