Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes, and cook until the garlic is golden brown.

Add the cooked soba noodles to the pan and toss well to coat them with the garlic oil mixture.

Season with salt and black pepper, and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and garnish with parsley.
