Granola was originally invented as a health food in the late 19th century by Dr. James Caleb Jackson, who called it ‘granula’.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 11.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

Stir in the dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container.
