Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Add the rolled oats, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt to the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

If desired, fold in chopped nuts and dried fruits.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
