Wash and chop the mustard greens.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.

Add mustard greens, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Sauté until greens are wilted.

Pour in vegetable broth and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
