Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mash the cooked sweet potato.

Add coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract to the mashed sweet potato. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the sweet potato mixture, mixing well after each addition.

Fold in the raisins and chopped pecans.

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
